First, check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

• Processor: Pentium 4 with 2GHz;
• RAM: 1GB;
• Free Hard Disk Space: 2GB;
• Display Resolution: 1024 x 768;
• Color Depth: True Color (32-bit);
• Video Memory: 256MB RAM.

If the requirements are fulfilled, update the DirectX and the video card drivers and reinstall the application.
